Draft Specification

The OTMI specification is currently being published in draft form with the specific aim of eliciting feedback, and the further expectation of achieving general industry and academic ‘buy-in’. Annex 4 lists certain established forums for public discussion of OTMI, although all feedback, whether public or private, is equally well received. The intention is to come up with a robust specification for OTMI that will be acceptable to the publishing industry at large, and that will be useful to text-mining developers and researchers.
